摘 要:分析1025 t/h锅炉屏式再热器出口集箱接管座角焊缝管侧多次开裂原因,接管开裂系结构设计不合理所致。通过对弹性弯选型和设计、接管加装弹性弯前后的应力计算和分析、弹性弯对受热面工质流量和壁温变化影响评估等工作,结果表明,选择Ⅰ型弹性弯可明显降低接管的管座角焊缝应力。通过加装弹性弯的集箱接管,可确保屏式再热器出口集箱的安全运行。Causes of multiple cracks on the pipe side of the fillet weld of the outlet header nozzle seat of 1025 t/h boiler platen reheater are analyzed.The cracking of the nozzle is caused by unreasonable structural design.Through the selection and design of elastic bend,the stress calculation and analysis before and after the installation of elastic bend and the evaluation of the influence of elastic bend on the working medium flow and wall temperature of heating surface.Results show that the selection of type I elastic bending can significantly reduce the fillet weld stress of nozzle socket.The safe operation of the header at the outlet of the platen reheater can be ensured by adding an elastic bent header pipe.
