摘 要:当前,国家提出了碳达峰和碳中和的战略愿景,照明用电作为建筑能耗的主要组成部分,成为实现建筑节能和“双碳”目标的重要途径。非逆变光伏照明节电是将光伏新能源、非逆变新技术、储能新材料、LED新光源等有机结合,具有占地小、效率高、结构简单、自发自用、安全可靠等特点。近年来,随着技术的成熟和成本的下降,非逆变光伏照明节电在建筑上得到广泛应用。以S市某公建项目为例,介绍了非逆变光伏照明节电技术在合同能源管理模式下的实践应用,项目运营8年后的节能率仍高达90%,年均CO_(2)减排900 t余。研究有助于进一步评估非逆变光伏照明节电的实际应用效果,同时为城市建筑推广光伏节电项目和采用合同能源管理模式提供了价值参考。At present,China has proposed the strategic vision of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Lighting electricity,which is the main part of building energy consumption,has become an important way to achieve the goal of building energy conservation and carbon peak.Non-inversion photovoltaic lighting technology consists of photovoltaic renewable energy,non-inversion new technology,new energy storage materials and LED new light source,has the characteristic of a small space,high efficiency,simple structure,self-sufficiency,safe and reliable.In recent years,as the technical progress and the cost reduction,non-inversion photovoltaic lighting technology has been widely used in public buildings.This paper takes a public building project in S city as an example,and introduces the practical application of non-inversion photovoltaic lighting energy-saving technology under the Energy Performance Contracting mode.After eight years of operation,the energy-saving rate is still as high as 90%and the annual CO_(2) emission is more than 900 tons.This study is helpful to further evaluate the practical application effect of non-inversion photovoltaic lighting energy saving,and also provides valuable reference for the promotion and application of photovoltaic energy saving projects in urban public buildings and Energy Performance Contracting mode.
