摘  要:针对瓦斯抽放泵在运行过程中因减速器冷却效果不达标而频繁停机的问题,以潞安化工集团某矿的瓦斯抽放泵为例,分析了抽放泵减速箱时常超温的原因,并为减速箱设计了独立的冷却水系统。通过应用表明,该系统很好地解决了减速箱超温的问题,确保瓦斯抽放泵连续稳定运行。Aiming at the problem that the pumping pump frequently stops due to the substandard cooling effect of the reducer in the gas pumping pump,taking the gas pumping pump of a mine of Lu’an Chemical Group as an example,we analyzed the reasons for the frequent over-temperature of the reducer box of the pumping pump,and designed an independent cooling water system for the reducer box,through the application of which,the problem of over-temperature of the reducer box was well solved and the safe and continuous operation of the pump was ensured.By applying this system,the problem of over-temperature of the gearbox was well solved,which ensured,continuous and stable operation of the gas pumping.
