摘　　要：分析了两柱掩护式液压支架的特点和平衡千斤顶的作用,探讨了平衡千斤顶损坏的原因,剖析了以往国内外平衡千斤顶的保护形式及局限性,以此为基础,在顶梁及掩护梁间设计了一种新型限位装置。实践应用表明,该装置结构设计简单,安全有效。The characteristics of the two column shield hydraulic support and the function of the balance Jack are analyzed,the causes of the damage of the balance Jack are discussed,and the protection forms and limitations of the balance jack at home and abroad are analyzed.On this basis,a new limit device is designed between the top beam and the shield beam.The practical application shows that the structural design of the device is simple,safe and effective.
