摘 要:为进一步提升通风机的性能,从通风机出口静压、出口全压及全压效率三个方面进行综合考评,并重点研究前级叶轮叶片数量、后级叶轮叶片数量及不同叶轮叶片数量配合对通风机性能的影响。以FBDZ80型通风机为例,基于数值模拟软件搭建模型并展开相关研究,得出当前级叶轮叶片数量为12、后级叶轮叶片数量为10时对应通风机的性能最佳,为通风机叶轮叶片数量的设计提供参考。In order to further improve the performance of ventilator,a comprehensive evaluation is made from three aspects of ventilator outlet static pressure,outlet full pressure and full pressure efficiency,and the influence of the number of front stage impeller,the number of rear stage impeller and the cooperation of different impeller numbers on ventilator performance is focused on.Taking FBDZ80 ventilator as an example,the model is built based on numerical simulation software and the above study is carried out,and the best performance of the ventilator is obtained when the number of front-stage impellers is 12 and the number of back-stage impellers is 10,so as to guide the design of the number of impeller blades of ventilator.
