关于DTC80型带式输送机多电机变频器功率平衡的仿真分析

摘　　要：为研究DTC80型带式输送机多电机变频驱动的协调能力、功率平衡特性,利用MATLAB软件,建立了DTC80型带式输送机多电机变频驱动系统仿真模型,分析了三台异步电机之间功率平衡问题。仿真分析结果表明,该变频驱动系统可实现带式输送机的S形功率曲线,电机之间功率输出可实现较好的平衡控制。To study the coordination capability,power balance characteristics of DTC80 type belt conveyor multi-motor frequency drive,using MATLAB software,the multi motor variable frequency drive simulation system of dtc80 belt conveyor is established,and the power balance between three asynchronous motors is analyzed.The simulation results show that the variable frequency drive system can realize the S-shaped power curve of belt conveyor,and the power output between motors can achieve better balance control.The simulation analysis is of great significance to the research of multi motor variable frequency drive system of belt conveyor.
