防爆特殊型蓄电池运输设备在井下的应用

摘　　要：防爆特殊型蓄电池的运输设备已逐步代替传统运输设备在煤矿应用中得到了普遍认可。麦捷煤矿根据15号煤层采区巷道条件,选用CTL8/9GP型防爆电机车和DX-80防爆蓄电池单轨吊机车投入生产使用,并进行了严格的校验。结果表明,该套设备具有效率高、安全性高的特点,并可使企业每年节约约56.7万元的成本,还对改善井下空气环境有一定帮助。Explosion-proof special battery transport equipment has gradually replaced traditional transport equipment in coal mines and is widely accepted.According to the roadway conditions of No.15 coal seam mining area,CTL8/9 GP explosion-proof motor car and DX-80 explosion-proof battery monorail crane were selected and put into production use in Maijie coal mine,and strict calibration was carried out.The results show that the equipment has the characteristics of high efficiency and safety,and can reduce the annual cost of the enterprise about 567,000 yuan,and also help to improve the underground air environment.
