摘  要:针对岳城煤矿空压机设备老化、无法远程监控和信息共享等问题,对压风系统进行了自动化控制改造,对控制系统、视频监控系统和上位机软件进行了深化设计,并进行了现场试验。结果表明,改造后的系统能够实现压风作业的自动化控制、数据采集、信息传输、故障报警、信息归档、报表生成等功能,达到就地自动化启停压风机、远程监测、远程控制压风机无人值守的目的。In view of the aging of the air compressor equipment and the inability of remote monitoring and information sharing in Yue Cheng coal mine,the automatic control transformation of the pressurized air system was carried out,the control system,video monitoring system and upper computer software were deepened and designed,and field tests were conducted.The results show that the renovated system can realize the automatic control,data acquisition,information transmission,fault alarm,information archiving,report generation and other functions of the pressurized wind operation,and realize the purpose of local automatic start and stop pressurized wind,remote monitoring status,and remote control of pressurized wind unattended.
