摘 要:为提高矿用馈电开关的安全保护性能,针对矿井配电系统及其馈电开关应用现状,指出了传统的采用弹簧机构与电磁机构的馈电开关已不能适应矿井的自动化、智能化发展的需求,并基于几种永磁操作机构的分类与特点,研究了基于永磁操作机构的馈电开关,重点设计了该种新型馈电开关的硬件部分与软件部分。该种新技术的应用,进一步提高了馈电开关运行的安全性、可靠性。In order to improve the safety and protection performance of mine feeder switch,it is pointed out that the traditional feeder switch with spring mechanism and electromagnetic mechanism can no longer meet the needs of automation and intelligent development of mine,and based on the classification and characteristics of several permanent magnetic operating mechanisms,the feeder switch based on permanent magnetic operating mechanism is studied,focusing on the design of the hardware and software parts of this new type of feeder switch.The application of this new technology further improves the safety and reliability of feeder switch operation.
