摘 要:为进一步提升洗煤厂带式输送机的运行效率、安全性和可靠性,重点对变频一体驱动装置在洗煤厂的应用展开研究,包括对变频一体驱动装置的结构及其与传统变频器+电机驱动方式的优劣势进行对比,并对变频一体驱动装置在带式输送机应用中的控制系统、配电系统以及技术难度进行设计并提出解决方案,为变频一体驱动装置的推广应用和洗煤厂的生产能力的提升奠定基础。In order to further improve the operation efficiency,safety and reliability of belt conveyor in coal washing plant,we focus on the application of frequency integrated drive in coal washing plant,including the comparison of the structure of frequency integrated drive and its advantages and disadvantages with traditional inverter+motor drive,and the control system,power distribution system and technical difficulties in the application of frequency integrated drive in belt conveyor.The design and solutions are proposed to lay the foundation for the promotion of the application of the integrated frequency drive and the improvement of the production capacity of the coal washing plant.
