摘 要:针对某选煤厂皮带输送机控制系统陈旧,不能满足节能高效控制要求的问题,设计了控制性能更好的变频调速系统。应用结果表明,该系统工作可靠,满足皮带输送机稳定运行与实时调速的要求,变频调速系统的应用,降低了皮带输送机的故障率,减少了运行维护成本,节省了运转时的电量消耗,为企业产生了更多的经济效益。In response to the problem that the belt conveyor control system of a coal processing plant is outdated and cannot meet the requirements of energy-saving and high-efficiency control, a study on the application of frequency conversion speed control technology in the belt conveyor was carried out, and a frequency conversion speed control system with better control performance was designed. The results show that the system works reliably and meets the requirements of stable operation and real-time speed regulation of the belt conveyor. The application results show that the application of the frequency conversion speed control system reduces the failure rate of the belt conveyor, reduces the operation and maintenance costs, saves the power consumption during operation, and generates more economic benefits for the enterprise.
