摘　　要：针对造纸生产中网前箱传统控制方式存在的弊端,设计串级控制系统。该系统采用了液位与进浆流量串级控制方式对网前箱液位进行控制,当网前箱进浆流量波动时,通过副回路及时的抑制作用,达到超前控制的效果。同时,采用分程控制方式对网前箱压力实行控制,通过两控制阀中间不灵敏区的设置,克服了两阀频繁动作的问题。本控制系统使控制质量获得提高,控制稳定性得到增强。In view of the drawbacks of the traditional control method of the net front box in paper production, the cascade control system was designeel. The liquid level and the inlet pulp flow are controlled in a series control method to control the liquid level of the net front box, and when the inlet pulp flow of the net front box fluctuates, the effect of override control is achieved through the timely suppression of the sub-circuit. The control system improves the control quality and enhances the control stability.
