摘  要:以形态学和分子生物学为基础,对鲜食甜、糯玉米穗粒腐病样品中致病菌拟轮枝镰孢菌进行分离鉴定。针对37份不同来源的鲜食甜、糯玉米自交系种质材料,采用针刺注射果穗接种法进行人工接种拟轮枝镰孢菌,并对其抗性进行鉴定。结果表明:不同鲜食玉米自交系种质的抗病性差异较大,Hw53、Hw71、Hw175、Ht219和Ht253共5份自交系对拟轮枝镰孢菌表现为高抗,而Hw61、Hw144、Hw145等10份自交系对该致病菌表现为高感。在22份糯玉米自交系种质中,对拟轮枝镰孢菌表现感病的种质有8份,占参试糯玉米自交系种质总数的36.36%;在15份甜玉米自交系种质中,对拟轮枝镰孢菌表现感病的种质有7份,占参试甜玉米自交系种质总数的46.67%,甜玉米相对糯玉米更易感染穗粒腐病。该研究结果可为鲜食甜、糯玉米穗粒腐病的综合绿色防治及抗性品种选育提供一定的理论依据。The Fusarium verticilloides was isolated and identified from fresh maize ear rot samples with morphological and molecular techniques.The artificial inoculation test was carried out on 37 inbred lines of fresh maize by needle injection and the resistance was identified.The results showed that different fresh maize inbred lines represented the variation of resistance.The 5 inbred lines,including Hw53,Hw71,Hw175,Ht219 and Ht253,showed highly resistant against F.verticilloides,while the 10 inbred lines,including Hw61,Hw144,Hw145,were highly susceptible.The 8 of 22 waxy maize inbred lines were susceptible to F.verticilloides,accounting for 36.36%of the total number of waxy maize inbred lines.The 7 of 15 sweet maize inbred lines were susceptible to F.verticilloides,accounting for 46.67%of the total number of sweet maize inbred lines.Sweet maize was more susceptible to ear rot than waxy maize.These results provided the theoretical basis for integrative disease control and breeding of fresh maize for resistance to ear rot.
