摘  要:通过室内毒力测定和趋避试验,研究了5种杀虫剂对中喙丽金龟成虫的致死和趋避作用。结果表明:药后24 h,77.5%敌敌畏的触杀毒力最高(LC_(50)为22.104 mg∕L),其次为48%乐斯本(LC_(50)为45.804 mg∕L)、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯(LC_(50)为50.028 mg∕L)、5%啶虫脒(LC_(50)为64.432 mg∕L),10%吡虫啉最低(LC_(50)为212.797 mg∕L)。随着施药时间的延长,5种杀虫剂对中喙丽金龟成虫的趋避作用均有所下降。药后1 d和3 d,敌敌畏、乐斯本、啶虫脒的相对趋避效果大于75%;药后5 d以上,5种杀虫剂的趋避作用均较差。综合环境友好和高效的因素,推荐啶虫脒83.33 mg∕L、高效氯氰菊酯56.25 mg∕L作为中喙丽金龟成虫的防治药剂及适宜浓度。The lethal and repellent effects of 5 insecticides on the adults of Adoretus sinicuss were studied through indoor toxicity and repellence test.The results showed that the contact toxicity of 77.5%dichlorvos was the highest(LC_(50)22.104 mg∕L),followed by 48%chlorpyrifos(LC_(50)45.804 mg∕L),4.5%beta-cypermethrin(LC_(50)50.028 mg∕L),5%acetamiprid(LC_(50)64.432 mg∕L),and the lowest was 10%imidacloprid(LC_(50)212.797 mg∕L).With the extension of application time,the repellent effects of the 5 insecticides on the adults of A.sinicuss decreased.The relative repellent effects of dichlorvos,chlorpyrifos and acetamiprid was greater than 75%at 1 d and 3 d after treatment;More than 5 days after treatment,the repellent effects of the 5 insecticides was poor.Considering the factors of environmental friendliness and high efficiency,acetamiprid 83.33 mg∕L and cypermethrin 56.25 mg∕L were recommended as the control agents and appropriate concentration for the adults of A.sinicus.
