摘  要:在模拟荫蔽的条件下,分析了50%遮阴(中度遮阴)和90%遮阴(重度遮阴)对野扇花相关生理指标和代谢产物积累的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,中度和重度遮阴显著增加了叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素含量,叶绿素a、b含量及其比值;显著降低了干物质的积累和电解质的外渗;重度遮阴显著增加了可溶性蛋白含量。采用气相色谱-质谱方法对代谢产物进行分离鉴定,将所得数据与美国国家标准与技术研究所质谱数据库进行比对,鉴定出100种代谢产物,包括24种有机酸、22种氨基酸、28种糖、12种糖醇、9种胺类和5种其他化合物。在遮阴,尤其是重度遮阴条件下,叶片中糖的含量显著增加。推测延胡索酸、阿魏酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸、景天庚酮糖、半乳糖、呋喃核糖、果糖和尿嘧啶这9种代谢产物的积累可能与野扇花耐阴性极强有关。研究结果对耐阴植物的筛选具有重要的意义。This study compared the effects of normal light(CK),50%shade(medium shade)and 90%shade(severe shade)on related physiological indicators and metabolite accumulation in S.ruscifolia under simulated shade conditions.It was found that the contents of total chlorophyll and carotenoid,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a∕b all increased significantly,and dry matter accumulation and electrophyte leakage were significantly reduced under medium and severe shade conditions;soluble protein content was significantly increased under severe shade condition in leaves of S.ruscifolia.The metabolites were separated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Combined with database analysis of National Institute of Standards and Technology,100 metabolites were identified,including 24 organic acids,22 amino acids,28 sugars,12 sugar alcohols,9 amines and 5 other compounds.Under shade conditions,especially severe shade,the contents of sugar increased significantly.The accumulations of 9 metabolites,including fumaric acid,ferulic acid,alanine,threonine,sedoheptulose,galactose,ribofuranose,fructose and uracil,might be related with higher shade-tolerance of S.ruscifolia.The results are of great significance for the maintenance,management and breeding of shade plants.The results may be of great significance to the screening of shade tolerant plants.
