摘  要:为了探讨施肥对‘飞寒樱’苗木生长的影响,设计复合肥和微生物菌剂6种不同配方施肥处理,对‘飞寒樱’苗木进行施肥,调查分析‘飞寒樱’苗木叶片大小、叶绿素含量、地径和新稍生长量等指标,结果表明:施肥对‘飞寒樱’苗木叶片大小、叶绿素含量、新稍和地径生长均有促进作用,单独使用微生物菌剂对‘飞寒樱’苗木新稍和地径生长的促进作用不显著,而单独使用复合肥及一定剂量的微生物菌剂与复合肥混合使用对‘飞寒樱’苗木叶片大小、叶绿素含量、新稍和地径生长均有明显的促进作用。通过比较分析筛选出的最佳施肥处理为:复合肥150 g+微生物菌剂100 g,其次是复合肥150 g+微生物菌剂50 g。In order to explore the effects of fertilization on the growth of Cerasus campanulata‘Feihan’seedlings,six different fertilization treatments on Cerasus campanulata‘Feihan’seedlings were designed,which included compound fertilizer and microbial agent.The leaf size,chlorophyll content,ground diameter and new shoot growth of Cerasus campanulata‘Feihan’seedlings were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that fertilization could promote the growth of leaf size,chlorophyll content,new shoot and ground diameter of Cerasus campanulata‘Feihan’seedlings,but the growth of new shoot and ground diameter of Cerasus campanulata‘Feihan’seedlings was not significantly promoted by microbial agents alone,while the growth of leaf size,chlorophyll content,new height and ground diameter of Cerasus campanulata‘Feihan’seedlings were significantly promoted by compound fertilizer alone and certain amounts of microbial agent combined with compound fertilizer together.Through comparative analysis,the best fertilization treatment was considered as compound fertilizer 150 g+microbial agent 100 g,followed by compound fertilizer 150 g+microbial agent 50 g.
