摘 要:为研究50 mm厚EA10环氧沥青混凝土铺装层温度对正交异性钢桥面板U肋与顶板构造疲劳致损效应的影响,开展带沥青混凝土铺装层的正交异性钢桥面板足尺节段模型拟静力循环加载试验。分析不同铺装层温度下正交异性钢桥面板顶板的横向应变、挠度以及U肋与顶板构造的局部热点应力响应,在此基础上,对不同铺装层温度下U肋与顶板外侧焊趾疲劳损伤进行研究。结果表明:常温(25℃)条件下,采用沥青混凝土铺装层可降低钢桥面板顶板35.2%的横向应力和10.3%的局部挠度,以及U肋与顶板双面焊构造外侧顶板焊趾区域的应力幅值和疲劳损伤;随着沥青混凝土铺装层温度升高,顶板横向应力、挠度及U肋与顶板双面焊构造外侧顶板焊趾区域的应力幅值、疲劳损伤显著增大,高温(60℃)条件下该区域疲劳损伤度增幅可达41.5%。The full-scale mockup of an orthotropic steel deck segment with asphalt concrete pavement is made for the quasi-static cyclic loading tests,aiming to investigate the influence of asphalt concrete pavement temperature on the fatigue performance of U rib-to-deck details in the orthotropic steel deck bridge.The transverse stress and deflection of top panel of the orthotropic steel deck as well as local hot-spot stress in the U rib-to-deck details are gained.Based on which,the fatigue damage of outer welding toe of the U rib and top panel under varying pavement temperature is analyzed.As per the tests,when the pavement temperature is at 25℃,the transverse stress and the local deflection of the top panel of the steel deck can be reduced by 35.2%and 10.3%,respectively.The stress amplitude and fatigue damage of the welding toe zone of outer top panel in the double-side welding connection of the U rib and top panel are also reduced.As the temperature of the asphalt concrete pavement increases,the transverse stress and deflection of top panel as well as the stress amplitude and fatigue damage of the welding toe zone of outer top panel in the double-side welding connection of the U rib and top panel are significantly improved,under high temperature condition(60℃),the fatigue damage degree in the region can be raised by 41.5%.
