摘 要:文泰高速葛溪大桥左、右线分幅设置,主桥包含4个跨径均为(55+100+55)m的波形钢腹板PC连续刚构桥。该桥左线2号桥及右线桥均采用传统菱形挂篮悬臂施工,左线1号桥采用异步挂篮悬臂施工。为对比传统菱形挂篮与异步挂篮悬臂施工的效果,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立施工阶段有限元模型,结合现场实测数据,对2种工法施工过程中主梁的线形、应力及施工效益进行对比分析。结果表明:采用异步挂篮施工时,波形钢腹板的制造线形需要设置较大的预拱度;2种工法施工过程中箱梁顶、底板正应力水平基本一致,采用异步挂篮施工时波形钢腹板的剪应力略大;异步挂篮施工有3个独立的工作面,可以节省波形钢腹板的安装时间,经济效益明显,具有较高的操作安全性,建议在施工工法比选时优先考虑。The Gexi Bridge on Wentai Expressway consists of left and right decks.The main bridge is a PC continuous rigid-frame bridge with corrugated steel webs and contains three spans of 55,100 and 55 m.The No.2 bridge on the left line and the bridge on the right line were all constructed in cantilevers by the traditional rhombus form travelers.The No.1 bridge on the left line was constructed in cantilevers using asynchronous form travelers.To compare the cantilever construction effects of the traditional rhombus form traveler and the asynchronous form traveler,a finite element model of the bridge in the construction stage was established by MIDAS Civil,together with the measured data,the geometry of the main girder,stress and construction efficiency of the two construction methods were analyzed.According to the results,the corrugated steel webs should be set with great precamber in the fabrication process.Both the construction methods result in the roughly same level of normal stresses in the top and base slabs of the box girder.When the asynchronous form traveler is used,the shear stress in the corrugated steel web is relatively bigger.Three independent platforms can be created during the construction when using the asynchronous form traveler,the installation time of the corrugated steel webs can be cut down,and the economic benefit of the method is significant.The asynchronous form traveler is easy to be controlled and the construction safety is relatively higher,which is considered with priority in the selection of construction methods.
