摘　　要：牛破伤风属于中毒性传染病,通常在牛只出现伤口的情况下,由破伤风梭菌入侵引起,破伤风梭菌属于厌氧菌,能在缺氧的伤口里面繁殖并产生外毒素,进而刺激神经系统而出现肌肉强直性痉挛等症状。经常发生感染的部位有脐带、去角伤口、阉割伤、鼻环伤、蹄部伤等,有时身体某部位深处的坏死伤和难产引起的外阴坏死损伤、子宫炎等也可感染破伤风梭菌而发生该病。大部分情况下,病牛感染破伤风梭菌后,还易发生继发或并发感染,给疾病的诊断带来一定难度。Bovine tetanus is a toxic infectious disease,usually caused by an clostridium tetani invasion in the case of cattle wounds,and clostridium tetani is an anaerobic bacterium that can multiply in anoxic wounds and produce exotoxins,and then stimulate the nervous system and muscle tonic spasm and other symptoms.Common sites of infection include umbilical cord,angle-cutting wounds,castration wounds,nasal ring wounds and hoof wounds,sometimes some parts of the body deep necrosis injury and dystocia caused by Vulva necrosis injury,metritis,etc.Can also be infected with clostridium tetani disease.In most cases,infected clostridium tetani cattle are prone to secondary or concurrent infections,making diagnosis of the disease difficult.
