摘　　要：鸡群养殖的规模化、集约化程度越来越高,如果还采用费时费力的滴鼻点眼方式接种免疫活疫苗,无法保证免疫工作的按时完成,如果使用饮水免疫的方式也无法保证免疫效果。群体免疫接种方法也随着养殖规模的扩大也在发生很大变化和更新,尤其是活苗免疫方式,逐只操作越来越不能适应整个养殖行业的发展。目前规模化养鸡场均使用喷雾免疫方法接种活疫苗,该文主要论述鸡群喷雾免疫的操作规程,希望所有技术人员能按照正规流程操作和实施,有利于提高免疫接种效果。The scale and intensive degree of chicken breeding is becoming more and more high.If the live vaccine is also administered through time-consuming nasal drops,there is no guarantee that the immunization work will be completed on time,if uses the drinking water immunity way also not to guarantee the immunity effect.The methods of mass immunization are also changing and renewing with the enlargement of the scale of breeding,especially the methods of live vaccine immunization,which can not adapt to the development of the whole breeding industry.At present,live vaccines are administered by spray immunization in large-scale chicken farms.This paper mainly discusses the operational rules of spray immunization for chickens,and hopes that all technical personnel can operate and implement it in accordance with the regular procedures,it is beneficial to improve the effect of immunization.
