摘 要:克隆已成为常被提及的词汇,克隆大多是利用一些生物技术经无性生殖培养出和原来的个体有完全相同基因的个体或者种群。克隆猪具有重要的应用价值,包括培养优良种猪、制备基因修饰猪、保护珍贵和濒危猪种等。要获得特定基因型的克隆猪,受到很多因素的影响,有关克隆猪的技术,科学家一直在探索和研究。该文针对克隆猪的相关研究,论述有关克隆猪的技术研究方法、发展、应用及重要意义。Cloning has become a commonly used term,cloning is mostly the use of some biological technology through asexual reproduction and the original individuals have exactly the same gene or population.Cloning pig has important application value,including cultivating fine breed pig,preparing gene modified pig,protecting precious and endangered breed pig and so on.To obtain the specific genotype of cloned pig,is affected by many factors,about the cloning pig technology,scientists have been exploring and studying.In this paper,the research methods,development,application and significance of pig cloning were discussed.
