摘　　要：本文通过对宽带行波管某主要研制生产单位2013年至2019年间来获取的产品故障信息进行深入统计和分析,归纳了宽带行波管出现概率较高的故障模式,分析了故障出现的原因并提出了相对应的解决措施。通过改进,各类故障模式出现的概率均明显下降,取得了良好的效果,也为后续宽带行波管可靠性的进一步提升提供了基础。Through statistics and analysis of the failure information obtained by a main manufacturer of broadband travelling-wave tube(TWT)from 2013 to 2019,the failure modes of broadband TWTs with high probability are summarized.The causes of the failures are analyzed and corresponding improving measures are proposed.Through the improvement,the probability of various failure modes is significantly reduced,and good results are achieved,which also provides a basis for further reliability improvement of the follow-up broadband TWTs.
