摘  要:行波管内真空度对其性能、可靠性具有重要影响,通过对几种测量真空度方法的比较,确定采用热阴极电离计法。通过分析、实验确定了加电参数,针对离子流波动大的问题,采用电子轰击除气降低放气的影响,采用电源屏蔽措施减少信号干扰等,最终获得了样管真空度同离子流的对应关系。对同型产品检测离子流后,对照离子流同真空度的对应关系可评价真空度。The vacuum degree in travelling-wave tube(TWT)has an important influence on its performance and reliability.Through the comparison of several vacuum degree measurement methods,the thermal cathode ion gauge method is adopted in research.The electrode parameters are determined through analysis and experiments.In view of the large ion current fluctuation,electron bombardment degassing is used to reduce the influence of outgassing,and power shielding is used to reduce signal interference.Finally,the corresponding relationship between tube vacuum and ion current is obtained.By detecting the ion current of the same type products,the vacuum degree of them can be evaluated by the obtained corresponding relationship.
