他汀类降脂药治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症老年患者的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析他汀类降脂药治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症老年患者的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月—2020年5月该院糖尿病合并高脂血症老年患者共56例,数字表随机分两组,每组28例。常规药物干预组的患者给予常规药物治疗,他汀类降脂组的患者在该基础上增加他汀类降脂药治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖生化监测值、血脂生化监测值、总有效率、不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者血糖生化监测值、血脂生化监测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后两组血糖生化监测值、血脂生化监测值均改善,而他汀类降脂组血糖生化监测值、血脂生化监测值优于常规药物干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。他汀类降脂组总有效率高于常规药物干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规药物基础上采取他汀类降脂药治疗对于糖尿病合并高脂血症的治疗效果确切,对机体血糖有良好的改善作用,且可调控血脂,改善患者预后。Objective To analyze the effect of statin lipid-lowering drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes and hyperlipidemia.Methods From May 2017 to May 2020,a total of 56 elderly patients with diabetes and hyperlipidemia in the hospital were selected.The number table was randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional drug intervention group were given conventional drug treatment,and statins were used to lower lipids.The group added statin lipid-lowering drug treatment on this basis.The blood glucose biochemical monitoring value,blood lipid biochemical monitoring value,total effective rate and side effects were compared between the two groups patients before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the blood glucose biochemical monitoring value and blood lipid biochemical monitoring value of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose biochemical monitoring value and blood lipid biochemical monitoring value of the two groups improved,while the statin lipid-lowering group The blood glucose biochemical monitoring value and blood lipid biochemical monitoring value were better than the conventional drug intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the statin lipid-lowering group was higher than that of the conventional drug intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking statin lipid-lowering drugs on the basis of conventional drugs has a definite therapeutic effect on diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia,has a good effect on improving blood glucose,and can regulate blood lipids and improve the prognosis of patients.
