摘　　要：扣角较常出现在手机、相机等的外壳上,主要用于装配,有较高的强度和外侧平面度要求,同时外观上不允许有塌角,即外R角为零。这样的成形要求有违五金件的成形特性,因此,对扣角的成形模结构有不同要求。介绍了该类型扣角成形模结构.The buckle angle is more common in the shell of mobile phones,cameras and so on.It is mainly used for assembly.It requires high strength and lateral flatness,and it is not allowed to have collapse angle in appearance,that is,the outer R angle is zero.Such forming requirements violate the forming characteristics of the hardware.This paper introduces the structure of buckle angle forming die.
