摘 要:浇注系统及浇口设计是塑料模具中的关键技术之一,它涉及到塑件的质量。针对聚碳酸酯材料特点,汇集了许多塑件注射成型的成功案例,提出了聚碳酸酯塑件适宜侧浇口的要求,并对浇注系统和浇口形式做了技术分析和案例分享。对其它浇口用于聚碳酸酯的情况,提出了一些看法。未来的浇注系统及浇口设计将是依赖于仿真设计与人工智能设计相结合,将会更好地保证塑件质量和节约成本。The pouring system and gate design is one of the key technologies in plastic mold.It involves the quality of the entire injection product.This paper aims at the characteristics of polycarbonate materials,a collection of many successful product injection molding cases.The requirements of suitable side gate for polycarbonate products were put forward.Some cases of pouring system and gate form were analyzed and shared.For other gates used in polycarbonate.A number of observations on shortcomings were made.The future pouring system and gate design will depend on the combination of simulation design and artificial intelligence design,will better ensure the quality of plastic parts and save costs.
