摘　　要：分析了汽车后视镜密封垫的结构特征和材料特性,介绍了该塑件在开模过程中粘定模的现象,通过MoldFlow模流分析软件以及模具设计者的经验,解决了塑件粘定模的难题,生产出合格的塑件,从而创造了较好的经济效益。This paper analysize the structural and material characteristics of the automobile rearview mirror gasket,to introduce elaborate a phenomenon of the plastic parts stick the fixed mold during mold opening.Through MoldFlow software and the experience in mold design,the problem of sticking plastic parts to the fixed mold is solved,qualified plastic parts are produced,and good economic benefits are created.
