摘　　要：通过分析盒体塑件浇口形式及缺陷原因,提供一种新型的措施来消除塑件A面直接浇口位置处的亮斑及流痕的缺陷,为类似塑件结构的模具设计提供参考。By analyzing the gate form and defect reasons of box products,a new measure is provided to eliminate the defects of bright spots and flow marks at the direct gate position of product a,which provides a reference for the mold design of similar plastic structure.
