基于Deform调整螺套锻模设计

摘　　要：通过对铁路火车用调整螺套进行工艺分析,完成其锻模设计,并应用数值模拟的Deform软件对模具锻造过程进行模拟可知,设计的锻模能够完成调整螺套的成形过程,且成形效果良好,能够满足实际使用的需要。Through process analysis was carried out on the railway train with the adjusting screw sleeve,finish the forging die design,and application of numerical simulation of Deform software for simulating die forging process,the design of forging die can complete adjustment screw forming process,and forming effect is good,that can meet the needs of practical use.
