摘　　要：为适应处于数字化转型升级中的现代模具企业对人才培养的需求,提高人才培养质量,从教学模式、教学内容、教学过程组织等方面对塑料模具设计课程开展了教学研究与改革,并阐述了教学改革中碰到的困难和问题,提出了一些解决问题的方法和保障措施,对同类课程的教学改革研究可起到借鉴和示范作用。In order to meet the needs of modern mold enterprises in the process of digital transformation and upgrading for talent training and improve the quality of talent training, the teaching research and reform of plastic mold design course were carried out from the aspects of teaching mode, teaching content and teaching process organization. The difficulties and problems encountered in the teaching reform were described, and some methods and guarantee measures to solve the problems were put forward, It has played a reference and demonstration role in the teaching reform of similar courses.
