摘 要:“9.18”印度锡金邦6.8级地震导致亚东县城附近的加热沟产生大量的松散物源体,加之沟域汇水面积较大、纵坡降大,暴雨触发泥石流的危险性增强,危害性大。加热沟为低频稀性、暴雨沟谷型泥石流,震后易发程度属易发,激发泥石流的临界雨强可能降低,爆发频率可能提高,存在溃决性泥石流灾害链风险。针对物源多、主河携带能力差,堆积区沟道排导限制,提出“拦蓄为主+固床稳坡”的防治对策。The“9.18”Sikkimbang MS 6.8 earthquake in India led to a large number of loose material sources in the heating valley near Yadong County.In addition,the catchment area of the ditch is large and the longitudinal slope is large,so the risk of debris flow triggered by rainstorm is enhanced and the harm is great.Heating gully is a valley-type debris flow with low frequency and rainstorm,which is prone to occur after the earthquake.The critical rainfall intensity of debris flow excitation may decrease,and the outbreak frequency may increase.There is a risk of catastrophic debris flow disaster chain.In view of the multi-source,poor carrying capacity of the main river,and the limitation of channel discharge in the accumulation area,the prevention and control countermeasures of“mainly blocking and storing,and stabilizing the slope with fixed bed”are proposed.
