摘 要:鉴于采煤机截齿的安装角度会对煤岩的截割效果产生影响,研究采煤机镐型截齿的性能。选取采煤机镐型截齿的不同安装角度,采用有限元仿真分析的方法对镐型截齿的静力学性能进行分析。结果表明,在三种不同的安装角度下,以45°时截齿的应力应变最小,且三者的应力应变趋势分布一致。此结果可作为截齿设计以及对截齿安装角度优化的理论依据。Since the installation angle of shearer pick will affect the cutting effect of coal and rock,the performance of shearer pick is studied.Selecting different installation angles of pick pick of shearer,the static performance of pick is analyzed by finite element simulation analysis method.The results show that under three different installation angles,the stress and strain of the pick at 45°is the smallest,and the stress and strain trend distribution of the three is the same.This result can be used as a theoretical basis for tooth design and optimization of tooth installation angle.
