摘　　要：为有效解决提升机天轮在日常运行中易出现的异响问题,基于提升机天轮装置的主要结构,从提升机天轮装置轴瓦的受力情况着手,深入分析了提升机天轮装置异响原因,并提出了一系列提升机天轮装置异响的解决措施,以有效解决提升机天轮装置的异响问题,更好地保障提升机天轮的安全稳定运行。In order to effectively solve the problem of abnormal noise of hoist crown wheel in daily operation,based on the main structure of hoist crown wheel device,starting from the stress of bearing bush of hoist crown wheel device,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of abnormal noise of hoist crown wheel device,and puts forward a series of countermeasures to solve the abnormal noise of hoist crown wheel device.Through the application of these countermeasures,it can effectively solve the problem of abnormal noise of hoist crown wheel device and better ensure the safe and stable operation of hoist crown wheel.
