摘  要:为进一步提升带式输送机运输控制性能,保证综采工作面的生产能力和生产效率,在对带式输送机变频驱动需求分析的基础上完成了其总体设计,并着重对变频驱动系统中关键设备进行选型设计,最后对所设计变频驱动控制系统在空载启动和正常停车工况下的性能进行试验研究,并取得理想控制效果。In order to further improve the transportation cont rol performance of belt conveyor and ensure the production capacity and production efficiency of fully mechanized mining face,the overall design of belt conveyor frequency conversion drive is completed based on the demand analysis of belt conveyor frequency conversion drive,and the key equipment in frequency conversion drive system is selected and designed;Finally,the performance of the designed variable frequency drive control system under no-load start and normal stop conditions is experimentally studied,and the ideal control effect is obtained.
