摘 要:为解决传统窄轨电机车控制系统输出转矩较低、响应滞后以及能量浪费的问题,以窄轨电机车的核心部件牵引变频器为研究载体,在对其动力传动及结构性能、功能分析的基础上,提出以基于滑模控制模式的电压外环控制结构、基于前馈解耦控制模式的电流内环控制解耦股和最大转矩的变频调速控制方法为核心的控制策略,为确保窄轨电机车根据工况和负载变化能够稳定运行奠定理论基础。In order to solve the problems of low output torque,response lag and energy waste of the traditional narrow gauge electric locomotive control system,taking the traction frequency converter,the core component of the narrow gauge electric locomotive as the research carrier,and based on the analysis of its power transmission,structural performance and function,a voltage outer loop control structure based on sliding mode control mode is proposed.The current inner loop control based on feedforward decoupling control mode and the frequency conversion speed regulation control method of maximum torque are the core control strategy,which lays a theoretical foundation for ensuring the stable operation of narrow gauge electric locomotive according to working conditions and load changes.
