摘  要:首先对机车内燃机的启动控制进行设计,通过PLC进行电气控制,使得其启动过程省时省能源且启动过程更加平稳。然后对机车的无级调速进行设计,通过PID控制使得电机转速控制在一定范围内,同时通过调节发电机的电流方向,控制电机的正反转,并对两个厂家生产的设备分开进行说明。最后本文对机车的恒功率调节系统进行设计,采用无静差调节方式对调节系统进行设计,所设计的控制系统原理简单,运行可靠,电路简单。First,this paper designed the start-up control of locomotive internal combustion engine and conduct electrical control through PLC to make its startup time-saving energy and start-up process more stable.Then the stepless speed adjustment of the locomotive is designed,and the motor speed is controlled within a certain range through PID control,and by adjusting the current direction of the generator,control the positive reversal of the motor,and explain the equipment produced by the two manufacturers.Finally,the constant power regulation system of locomotive and nonstatic adjustment method.The control system has simple principle,reliable operation and simple circuit.
