燃油加油机的自动检定原理及问题研究

摘　　要：在当前油价不断攀升的形势下,为充分保证加油站和消费者的利益,需对油量进行精准计量。因此,结合《JJG443-2006燃油加油机检定规程》并采用标准金属量器、温度传感器、压力传感器以及磁致伸缩传感器等实现燃油加油机自动检定系统的设计,解决了传统检定装置精度低、劳动强度大的缺陷,并为后续保证燃油加油机自动检定系统的精度提出了建议。Under the current situation of rising oil prices,it is necessary to accurately measure the oil quantity in order to fully ensure the interests of gas stations and consumers.Combined with the Design of JJG443-2006 Fuel Tanker Automatic Calibration System,using standard metal gauge,temperature sensor,pressure sensor and magnetostrictive sensor,it solves the defects of low precision and high labor strength,and makes suggestions for the subsequent accuracy of automatic verification system of fuel tanker.
