摘 要:为进一步提升采煤机生产的自动化水平和稳定性,实现采煤机的智能协调控制,在传统采煤机智能控制系统的基础上,实现采煤机牵引电机转速和截割滚筒高度的协调控制并建立智能协调控制策略和优先控制等级。最后,对所建立基于智能协调控制策略下截割路径的跟踪效果进行验证。结果表明,采煤机智能协调控制策略下截割路径的最大跟踪误差仅为0.045 m,具有较好的跟踪效果。In order to further improve the automation level and stability of coal miner production,and strive for the direction of future unmanned control,it is very meaningful to realize the intelligent coordination and control of coal miner.On the basis of the traditional intelligent control system of coal miners,the coordinated control of traction motor speed and cutting roller height and the intelligent coordination control strategy and priority control level are established.Finally,the tracking effect of the cut path based on the intelligent coordination control strategy is verified.The results show that the maximum tracking error of the cutter path under the intelligent coordination control strategy is only 0.045 m.It has a good tracking effect.
