摘 要:针对5602综采工作面实际情况,提出了一种液压支架电液控制系统,并进行工业应用。结果表明:电液控制系统以支架控制器为核心,可对监测顶梁支撑高度、运行姿态等参数进行分析,当发现异常时通过声光报警装置发出预警信号,从而有效提升液压支架运行可靠性和电液控制系统传输网络可靠性,其滤波电路可增强电液控制系统在综采工作面复杂电磁环境应用效果。According to the actual situation of 5602 fully mechanized mining face,an electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support is proposed and applied in industry.The results show that the electro-hydraulic control system takes the support controller as the core,analyzes the parameters such as monitoring the support height and running attitude of the top beam,and sends an early warning signal through the audible and visual alarm device when abnormalities are found to effectively improve the operation reliability of the hydraulic support;The reliability of transmission network of electro-hydraulic control system can be improved through redundancy design,and the application effect of electro-hydraulic control system in complex electromagnetic environment of fully mechanized mining face can be improved by adding filter circuit in the control system.
