摘　　要：为进一步提升带式输送机的运输效率和安全性,在对带式输送机常见的跑偏、打滑以及堆煤故障的产生原因和检测方法进行研究的基础上,基于PLC控制器完成了带式输送机的故障定位装置和综合保护系统的设计,并结合综合保护系统功能需求设计了PLC控制程序流程图。In order to further improve the transportation efficiency and safety of belt conveyor,based on the research on the causes and detection methods of common deviation,slip and coal stacking faults of belt conveyor,the fault positioning device and comprehensive protection system of belt conveyor are designed based on PLC controller.Combined with the functional requirements of the comprehensive protection system,the PLC control program flow chart is designed.
