摘　　要：为了减少热轧厂液压设备故障、提升液压设备的工作效率,基于提升液压设备系统的构成,从热轧厂液压设备的用途、周围环境、故障原因、维护手段四个方面对热轧厂液压设备故障进行深入分析,重点对热轧板带卷取后步进输送机液压故障进行分析。In order to reduce the failure of hydraulic equipment in hot rolling plant and improve the working efficiency of hydraulic equipment,based on the composition of hydraulic equipment system,the failure of hydraulic equipment in hot rolling plant is deeply analyzed from four aspects:the purpose,surrounding environment,failure causes and maintenance means of hydraulic equipment in hot rolling plant,with emphasis on the hydraulic failure of stepping conveyor after hot rolling strip coiling.
