摘　　要：随着我国各行业发展对煤炭需求量的不断增加,多绳摩擦式提升机在矿井开采中的应用规模也在不断扩大,这种类型的提升机具有成本低、操作简单、维修费用低的特点,已经被广泛应用于中大型矿井生产中。其中JKMD-3.5×4ZⅢ型多绳摩擦式提升机是当前使用型号最广泛的一种,其为煤矿生产效率和质量的提高奠定了设备基础。结合具体的工程实例,对JKMD-3.5×4ZⅢ型多绳摩擦式提升机在实际应用中的注意事项及节能措施进行了分析,供参考。With the increasing demand for coal in various industries in China,the application scale of multi-rope friction hoist in mine mining is also constantly expanding.This type of hoist is characterized by low cost,simple operation and less maintenance cost,and has been widely used in medium and large mine production.Among them,JKMD-3.5×4 ZⅢmulti-rope friction elevator is the most widely used model,which lays the equipment foundation for the production efficiency and quality of coal mine.Combined with specific engineering examples,the precautions and energy-saving measures of JKMD-3.5×4 ZⅢmulti-rope friction hoist are analyzed for reference.
