摘　　要：为更好地保障某选煤厂加压过滤系统的安全稳定运行,针对过滤机托轮组易出现损坏、搅拌桶及相关设备易发生故障等问题,分析了故障原因,提出了一系列具体改造方案,并分析了改造效果。通过改造,加压过滤系统故障率明显降低。In order to better ensure the safe and stable operation of the pressurized filtration system in the coal preparation plant, in view of the problems that the supporting wheel group of the filter is easy to be damaged and the mixing drum and related equipment are easy to fail, the failure causes are analyzed, a series of specific transformation schemes are put forward, and the transformation effect is analyzed. Through the transformation, the failure rate of the pressurized filtration system in the coal preparation plant is significantly reduced.
