血浆透析患者血浆脂多糖水平与TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的关系

摘　　要：【目的】探讨血浆透析患者血浆脂多糖(LPS)水平与肿瘤坏死因于(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和IL-8水平的关系。【方法】选取本院2018年6月至2020年6月收治的72例血浆透析患者(血浆透析组),另选取同期健康体检者42例作为健康对照组,比较两组LPS、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平。采用Pearson直线相关性方法分析LPS与TNF-α,IL-6和IL-8水平的关系。【结果】血浆透析组LPS,TNF-α、IL-6,IL-8水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05).Pearson相关性分析显示血浆透析患者LPS水平与TNFa和1L-8水平呈正相关(P<0.05);与IL-6无相关关系(P>0.05)。【结论】血浆透析患者LPS,TNF-α和IL-8水平高于正常人群,且随着TNF-α和IL-8水平的不断增加,LPS水平也不断升高。【Objective】To investigate the relationship of plasma bacterial lipopolysac-charide(LPS)level with tumor necrosis factor(TNF alpha),interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 8(IL 8)in plasma dialysis patients.【Methods】A total of 72 plasma dialysis patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as blood dialysis group,in the same period,42 healthy physical examination volunteers were selected as the control group.Levels of plasma LPS TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were measured in patients of both groups.Pearson linear correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship of LPS with TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels.【Results】Levels of LPS,TNF-αlpha,IL-6 and IL-8 in the plasma dialysis group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that LPS was positively correlated with TNF-αand IL-8 levels in plasma dialysis patients(P<0.05).There was no correlation between LPS and IL-6 in plasma dialysis patients(P>0.05).【Conclusion】LPS,TNF-αlpha and IL-8 levels in plasma dialysis patients were higher than those in normal subjects,and LPS level increases with levels of TNF-αlpha and IL-8.
