摘  要:在放电、过热故障影响下,电气绝缘介质(SF6、绝缘油)会分解出一系列特征气体。通过气体组分分析,可以评估电力设备的运行状态。文中基于水热法合成了层状二硫化钼(MoS_(2))并组装气体传感器,分析了对于硫化氢(H_(2)S)、二氧化硫(SO_(2))、一氧化碳(CO)、甲烷(CH4)、乙炔(C_(2)H_(2))和氢气(H_(2))6种绝缘介质特征分解气体的敏感特性。相比较于3种商用传感器严重的交叉敏感现象,MoS_(2)传感器对H_(2)S表现出特异选择性。对于绝缘油分解气体(CO、C_(2)H_(2)、H_(2)、CH4),MoS_(2)传感器仅对CO具备敏感特性。MoS_(2)传感器检测H_(2)S和CO重复性表现优异,在5次循环测试中,响应值波动范围分别不超过6.43%和5.95%。体积分数实验结果也表明,在H_(2)S和CO体积分数小于50μL/L时,MoS_(2)传感器的线性度(9.26%、0.62%)表现良好。此外,传感器对H_(2)S和CO混合气体表现出协同吸附作用,且随着混合气体中H_(2)S体积分数增加(10、30、50μL/L),响应值波动受CO体积分数影响越小(6.74%、4.94%、3.47%)。因此,MoS_(2)传感器在绝缘介质特征分解气体检测领域具有广阔的应用前景。Under the influence of discharge and overheating faults,the electrical insulating medium(SF6,insulating oil,etc.)can decompose a series of characteristic gases.The operation condition of electrical equipment can be assessed through compositional analysis of gas.In this paper,the layered molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))based on hydrothermal process is synthesized and filled in the gas sensor.The sensitive features of such six kinds of insulation medium decomposed gases as sulfuretted hydrogen(H_(2)S),sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)),carbon oxide(CO),methane(CH4),ethyne(C_(2)H_(2))and hydrogen(H_(2))is analyzed.Compared to three commercial sensors with serious cross-sensitivity,MoS_(2)sensor shows specific selectivity toward H_(2)S.For insulating oil decomposition gases(CO,C_(2)H_(2),H_(2),CH4),MoS_(2)sensor is only sensitive to CO.Furthermore,MoS_(2)sensor also has outstanding performance in detecting the repletion of H_(2)S and CO.During the five cycles of testing the fluctuation range of response value does not exceed 7.2%and 5.95%respectively.The result of concentration test also indicates that,in case of H_(2)S and CO below 50μL/L,the linearity of MoS_(2)sensor is good(9.26%and 0.62%).In addition,MoS_(2)sensor shows a synergistic adsorption towards H_(2)S and CO.With the increase of H_(2)S concentration(10,30,50μL/L),the influence of CO concentricity on the response values is less(6.74%,4.94%,3.47%).Thus,the layered MoS_(2)has a broad application prospect in the detection of insulating medium characteristic decomposition gas.
