摘 要:合闸速度是真空断路器机械特性的重要参数,对其进行在线监测难度较大。针对这一问题,提出基于其合闸行程曲线的合闸速度计算思路。首先对12 kV真空断路器的合闸速度离线测量试验进行了设计,取得合闸行程曲线数据;然后提出了两种仅依赖行程曲线的合闸速度计算方法。第一种方法采用最小二乘法对合闸行程曲线进行分段拟合,无需获取刚合点信息直接计算;第二种方法根据合闸过程中触头运动规律利用B-spline函数对行程曲线进行拟合,找出刚合点计算合闸速度。两种方法中,B-spline拟合所得的结果准确度高,而最小二乘法拟合计算所消耗资源较少。所提的方法方便、准确率较高,并可根据实际工程情况选择,为研究真空断路器在线监测提供了新的思路。The closing speed is an important parameter of mechanical characteristics of vacuum circuit breakerand it is difficult to monitor it on line.In view of this problem,the idea of closing speed calculation based on its closing stroke curve is proposed.First,the off-line measurement test of closing speed of 12 kV vacuum circuit breaker is designedand thedata of closing stroke curve is obtained.Then,two kinds of calculation method of closing speed relying only on the stroke curve is proposed.The first method adopts the least square method to perform piecewise fitting of the closing stroke curve,which can calculate the closing speed without obtaining the information of the instant point of contact closing.The second method fits the stroke curve in accordance with the motion of contact in the closing process and by the use of B-spline function,finds out the instant point of contact closing and calculates the closing speed.In the two methods,the accuracy obtained by the B-spline fitting is higher,while the consumed resource by the least square fitting calculation is less.The proposed methods are simple,have high accuracy and can select in accordance with actual condition of projects,which have provided new idea for studying the on-line monitoring of vacuum circuit breaker.
