摘  要:分析直流偏磁对变压器造成的异常振动噪音规律是预防变压器故障的前提。为此,针对E型电力变压器,根据"铁心—绕组"模型分析了直流偏磁下变压器的振动噪音机理并利用Comsol搭建了电磁—振动—声场多物理场耦合模型,研究直流量大小、直流量从初级绕组流入和直流量从次级绕组流入两种情况下,直流偏磁对不同运行状况变压器的振动噪音规律和对绕组电压电流波形的影响。研究表明:直流量从初级绕组流入对空载变压器的影响最大,随直流量的增加铁心绕组上的振动噪音加剧且振动噪音最大值分布在铁心上;直流量从次级绕组流入对短路变压器的影响最大,随直流量的增加铁心绕组振动噪音略有增加且振动噪音最大值分布在绕组上;绕组电压电流波形在直流量从初级绕组流入时畸变更加明显。因此进行直流偏磁防护时,直流量从初级绕组流入时以空载变压器为基准,直流量从次级绕组流入时以短路变压器为基准。Analyzing the abnormal vibration noise rule caused by DC bias on the transformer is a prerequisite to prevent fault of transformer.Therefore,as for type E power transformer,the vibration and noise mechanism of transformer under DC bias is analyzed in accordance with the"core-winding"modeland the multi-physical field coupling model of electromagnetic-vibration-sound field is set up by Comsol.The rule of the vibration noise of DC bias on transformer in different operation conditions at such two cases as magnitude of the direct current,flow of DC current from the primary winding and secondary winding and the influence on winding voltage and current are studied.The study shows that the influence of direct current flowing from the primary winding on the no load transformer is maximum.With the increase of direct current,the vibration noise on the core winding increases and the maximum value of the vibration noise is distributed on the core.The influence of the direct current flowing from the secondary winding on the short circuit transformer is maximum.With the increase of direct current,the vibration on the core winding has slight increase and the maximum value of the vibration noise is distributed on the winding.The distortion of the voltage and current waveform of the winding,in case of flowing of direct current from the primary winding,becomes more obvious.Therefore,in case of DC bias protection and in case of the flow of the direct current from the primary winding,the no load transformer is taken as the reference,while in case of flow of the direct current from the secondary winding,the short circuit transformer is taken as the reference.
