透射型辐射制冷膜对冷饮柜降温节能模拟分析

摘  要:为缓解冷饮柜在制冷设备停用状态下由内部高温所引起的柜体结构损坏现象,本文通过将透射型辐射制冷膜应用于冷饮柜玻璃门外表面,利用全建筑能耗模拟软件Energyplus计算冷饮柜冷藏室内的温度与能耗。模拟计算结果表明:双层Low-e中空玻璃外表面应用透射型辐射制冷膜后,不仅降低了能耗,还缓解了内部高温问题。空载状态下冷藏室内部温度降低23.9℃,负载状态下全年空调制冷能耗降低11.6%。In this paper,a transparent radiative-cooling film is applied to the external surface of glass doors of beverage cooler to mitigate the structural damage caused by high internal temperature when the cooling system is off.Its cooling performance is studied using a whole building energy simulation tool,Energyplus.The simulation results indicate that the application of transparent radiative-cooling film not only reduces cooling electricity consumption,but also decrease the internal air temperature.Under free-load condition,internal temperature can be lowered by 23.9℃,and under load condition,the annual electricity consumption of air-conditioning system is decreased by 11.6%.
