摘  要:引风机失速是当前引起锅炉主燃烧跳闸(通常简称MFT)的重要原因之一,严重威胁机组安全稳定运行。本文主要介绍了关于引风机失速后,如何避免引发炉膛压力大幅波动的补救措施。首先,具体分析了引风机失速后对炉膛压力的影响,并结合实际生产发电过程中所出现的引风机失速问题,对送风机、磨煤机控制逻辑进行重新设计,以实现降低炉膛压力超限的控制目标,并进行实际控制逻辑优化改造,进而降低出现MFT的概率。多台实际亚临界300 MW级别机组的测试结果表明:该逻辑改造方案易于实施、效果显著,具有很高的实际推广价值。The stall of induced draft fan is one of the important reasons for Main Fuel Trip(MFT)of boiler,which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the unit.This paper mainly introduces the remedial measures to avoid the large fluctuation of furnace pressure after induced draft fan stall.Firstly,the influence of induced draft fan stall on furnace pressure is analyzed in detail.Combined with the stall problem of induced draft fan in the actual production process,the control logic of forced draft fan and coal mill is redesigned to achieve the control goal of reducing furnace pressure overrun,and the actual control logic optimization is carried out to reduce the probability of MFT.The test results of several actual subcritical 300 MW units show that this logical transformation method has easy implementation,remarkable effect and high practical popularization value.
