循证护理联合临床护理路径对糖尿病患者血糖控制、住院时间的影响

摘　　要：目的研究循证护理联合临床护理路径对糖尿病患者血糖控制、住院时间的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月该院收治的70例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。使用随机信封分组法的分组方式将70例糖尿病患者分为两组,每组35例糖尿病患者。采用常规护理方式进行护理的糖尿病患者作为参照组,采用循证护理联合临床护理路径进行护理的糖尿病患者作为研究组。对比两组糖尿病患者经过不同护理方式护理后的血糖控制情况、住院时间、心理状态、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果在对糖尿病患者使用不同护理方式进行临床护理后,研究组糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况好于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组糖尿病患者的住院时间、心理状态以及生活质量均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组糖尿病患者的护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病患者进行临床护理时,不同的护理方式对患者的病情恢复影响不同。使用循证护理联合临床护理路径进行护理能够有效控制血糖水平,缩短住院时间,改善患者心理状态,提升生活质量,提高护理满意度,建议在对糖尿病患者进行临床护理时使用。Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with clinical nursing path on blood sugar control and hospitalization time of diabetic patients.Methods 70 diabetic patients admitted to this hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.Using the random envelope grouping method,70 diabetic patients were divided into two groups,each with 35 diabetic patients.The diabetic patients who were cared for by conventional nursing methods were taken as the reference group,and the diabetic patients who were cared for by the evidence-based nursing combined with the clinical nursing path were taken as the research group.The blood glucose control,hospitalization time,psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of diabetic patients after different nursing methods were compared.Results After using different nursing methods for clinical care of diabetic patients,the blood glucose control of the diabetic patients in the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the length of hospital stay,mental state and life quality of diabetic patients in the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the care satisfaction of diabetic patients in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of diabetic patients,different nursing methods have different effects on the patient's recovery.The use of evidence-based nursing combined with clinical nursing pathways for nursing can effectively control blood glucose levels,shorten hospital stays,improve patients'psychological state,improve quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is recommended to use it in clinical nursing for diabetic patients.
